For a refreshing and enriching smoothie, try this strawberry protein smoothie made with fresh strawberries, bananas, greek yogurt, milk and protein powder. ItΓÇÖs quick to whip up with 21 grams of protein per serving!

Strawberry Protein Shake Recipe Ingredients:

	•	1 cup (150g) fresh or frozen strawberries
 		(Frozen strawberries will give a thicker, colder texture.)
	•	1 scoop of vanilla or strawberry protein powder
 		(Choose a protein powder that fits your dietary needs—whey, plant-based, etc.)
	•	1 cup (240ml) almond milk, dairy milk, or any milk of choice
		(You can also use water or coconut water for fewer calories.)
	•	½ frozen banana
		(Optional, but it adds creaminess and natural sweetness.)
	•	½ cup (120g) Greek yogurt (Optional for extra creaminess and protein.)
	•	1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (Optional for added fiber and omega-3s.)
	•	1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (Optional for extra sweetness, depending on your taste.)
	•	Ice cubes (Optional, to make the shake colder and thicker.)
Instructions:

	1.	Prepare Ingredients: If using fresh strawberries, rinse and hull them. If you’re using frozen 	 	 
  		strawberries or a frozen banana, no need for additional preparation.
	2.	Blend: Add the strawberries, protein powder, milk of choice, frozen banana (if using), Greek 
 		yogurt, chia seeds, and honey (if using) to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and 
 		creamy.
	3.	Check Consistency: If the shake is too thick for your liking, add a little more milk or water 	 		 
 		and blend again. If you prefer a thicker shake, add ice cubes and blend again.
	4.	Serve: Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can garnish with a few fresh 
 		strawberries or a sprinkle of chia seeds for an extra touch.


Tips:
	•	For a Vegan Version: Use a plant-based protein powder and swap Greek yogurt for a dairy- 
 		free alternative like coconut yogurt.
	•	Boost of Flavor: Add a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
	•	Nutrient Boost: Add a handful of spinach or kale for a green smoothie twist without altering 
 		the flavor significantly.
