Now time to make strawberry milkshake!
A strawberry smoothie shake is a delicious, refreshing, and easy-to-make drink! Here’s a simple recipe for making a creamy, sweet, and fruity strawberry smoothie shake:
Ingredients:

1. 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (washed and hulled)
2. 1 cup milk (you can use dairy milk or any plant-based milk like almond, oat, or coconut milk)
3. ½ cup vanilla yogurt (for creaminess, can be regular or Greek yogurt)
4. 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, depending on your sweetness preference)
5. ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
6. ½ cup ice (optional, for a thicker, colder texture)
7. Optional toppings: whipped cream, extra strawberry slices, or chia seeds.
Instructions:

    1. Prepare the strawberries: If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them. Frozen strawberries
work just as well and help make the smoothie cold and thick.

    2. Add ingredients to the blender:
Add the strawberries, milk, yogurt, honey (or sugar), and vanilla extract to your blender.
If you want a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes.

    3. Blend until smooth:
Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
If it’s too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.

    4. Taste and adjust:
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or sugar if needed.

    5. Serve:
Pour the smoothie into a glass and top it with optional whipped cream, extra strawberry slices, or
chia seeds for added texture and flavor.

    6. Enjoy!

This recipe makes about 1-2 servings, so double the ingredients if you’re making more.
